Amid Coronavirus China reports first human case of H10N3 bird flu | New threat now in China: Bird flu’s H10N3 Strain found in humans, world in panic

Beijing: Coronavirus crisis is not yet averted that another bad news is coming out of China. Bird flu has been detected in humans for the first time in China. The National Health Commission (NHC) has confirmed the H10N3 strain of bird flu in a 41-year-old man. This person hails from Jiangsu Province (Jiangsu Province) of China. NHC said that the man was admitted to the hospital on April 28 after fever and other symptoms. A month later, on May 28, H10N3 strain was found in it.

From chickens to humans

The National Health Commission (NHC) has refused to give more information about the victim, but has told so much that the infection was transmitted from chickens to humans. However, NHC says that the H10N3 strain is not very powerful and the risk of spreading it on a large scale is also low. The condition of the victim is now stable and he will soon be discharged from the hospital.

Many strains exist in China

According to NHC, no medical examination of the people exposed to the person has found any infection. Let us know that there are many strains of avian influenza i.e. bird flu in China and some of these have also infected humans. This particularly affects people who work in poultry. However, until now H10N3 strain was not found in any human worldwide. This is the first case of this in China.

So increased world tension

The National Health Commission of China may have said that the possibility of outbreak of H10N3 strain is less, but this news is frightening for the whole world. Because the corona virus had spread all over the world via China and till date the world has not been able to get rid of this epidemic. On the other hand, the World Health Organization (WHO) has said that the B.1.617.2 variant of the corona virus found for the first time in India will be identified as Delta (Delta). Similarly, another variant B.1.617.1 found here will be known as Kappa. Significantly, these forms of Corona were first identified in India in October 2020.
