The Bombay High Court on Thursday permitted Vikram Bhave, an accused within the homicide case of rationalist Narendra Dabholkar, to journey to Ratnagiri to carry out the ultimate rites of his father, who died on June 25.

The courtroom had granted bail to Bhave in May, however had directed him to not go away Pune metropolis the place the case is being tried.
