A mom has been slammed after forcing her son to run in the 104-degree heat as punishment for performing out in college and posting video about it on TikTok.

Katarina Rodriguez informed followers that the punishment was an alternate type of self-discipline to spanking – however critics known as the clip ‘traumatizing.’

Rodriguez posted footage of herself working down a sidewalk alongside her son, who seems to be panting and out of breath. It is unclear precisely the place the footage was taken.

Her son whimpers in response to the query whereas he continues working.

The finish of the video shifts again to Rodriguez in her house as she explains her fashion of self-discipline.

‘We’re not gonna hit. We’re not gonna spank. We’re gonna self-discipline. We’ll see what tomorrow brings,’ she stated.

But TikTok customers condemned Rodriguez’s punishment.
